I give out cards whenever I fly. Whenever I go anywhere, I give out my business card. A yeah, two, three years later, somebody come into your office because they keep it. They may not need you now, but it works. So what you got to do is say to yourself, “Let me see what I can do.”
Now yesterday I was in LaGuardia Airport. It’s a mess so we have to take a bus to outside where we park to get in. And on the bus, I see you say that, you got passengers, and you see some of the workers. So what do I do? I see the ID, and the badge, or a uniform, I give them my business card right there in the bus and say, “I’m the dentist right here in LaGuardia Airport.” They can’t believe it because here’s a guy sitting next to me. He doesn’t look like a dentist. But who I am, oh, I didn’t know there’s a dentist here. I didn’t know there was somebody here.
People don’t even know. They didn’t even know you’re up the street. So the key thing is is target anybody that you can who may be a prospective patient. But the thing is it’s you who are the most important people.
